President of the Economic Community Of West African States (ECOWAS) Commission Kadre Desire Ouedraogo on Wednesday said the west African bloc mourned the death of Guinea‘s military chief General Kelefa Diallo and 10 others who lost their lives in an air crash near Monrovia, the capital of Liberia, on Monday.
