Cuba urged today the United Nations to declare the use, or threat of use, of nuclear weapons under any circumstances as a violation of the international law and a crime against humanity.
„The only way to ensure that the human race will not suffer anymore the terrible consequences of nuclear weapons is their complete prohibition and total elimination“, said Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez.
