Inspectors of the troika – the European Commission, European Central Bank (ECB) and International Monetary Fund (IMF) – travelled to Madrid on Monday to verify whether Spain is complying with conditions set by a Memorandum agreement with the EU for a 40 billion euro bailout of its banks, EU delegation sources in Madrid said.
