President Obama gave an important and very well articulated vision of his foreign policy today. I was pleased to hear how well his vision is grounded in the hard lessons learned in the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. However, I was disappointed that the President did not discuss the need to both reign in and repeal the overly broad Authorization for the Use of Military Force (AUMF).
