The Chinese Foreign Ministry“s spokeswoman, Hua Chunying, demanded today the International community to abandon the “cold war mentality“ by commenting the NATO invitation to Montenegro to join the organization.
The spokeswoman called North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) as a result of the Cold War, saying that in the era of globalization all countries are linked by concert in security issues.
