According to the prime minister, now is the time not only for Greece but for the rest of Europe to reinstate the development agenda so as to return to a social cohesion course, which are necessary for our common European future. Tsipras welcomed the understanding that his Belgium counterpart showed for Greece’s positions and noted:
“We are at critical crossroads for Europe and we must prove that Europe can bridge differences and find solutions, combining the principles of Democracy and popular verdict and at the same time respect to the laws and rules.”
