The detained foreigners were identified as Curtain Wild, Lauren and Rhodwolf Smith.
Sources said that the detainees were illegally staying in Pakistan without required documents and also allegedly involved in suspicious activities.
The detainees have been shifted to Islamabad for further interrogation.
