2:48 P.M. The foreign minister of Iran will meet with his counterparts from Germany, France, China, U.S. and the EU in Lausanne at 3:30 P.M. (Israel time) in an effort to reach a breakthrough in the negotiations. As the foreign ministers of Britain and Russia are not currently in Lausanne, their states will be represented in the meeting by the heads of their negotiating teams. Western diplomats now in Lausanne believe that the negotiations will continue through Monday.
