“It’s really appalling to us because yesterday we were still discussing a draft for a mechanism to investigate the horrible chemical attack that happened a couple of days ago and while we discussing that they were preparing those attacks and that is against international law and it is not the first time that this kind of thing happens and we believe that someone should come and defend multilateralism,” said Sucre’s envoy Sacha Llorenti.
