Thousands of health service workers in the Spanish capital of Madrid marched on Sunday through the city center to protest at what they see as the „dismantling“ of the public health service in the region.

Around 10,000 workers, holding the banner that read „You don‘t sell the public health service, you defend it,“ set off from different directions of the city and converged in the city center.
