Two bills are set to move through Congress: one, the USA Freedom Act, that would end the NSA’s bulk collection of Americans’ phone records , and one that would codify the program as law. The USA Freedom Act has broad bipartisan support, backed by dozens of lawmakers who have heard our voices, and who recognize that we won’t stand for the NSA’s systematic violation of our constitutional rights.
