4 – The Committee has given considerable attention to the phenomenon of trying to provoke or ethnic sectarian differences among the components of the Iraqi national fabric and the Iraqi people, so we guarantee that Iraqi people, Sunnis and Shiites, Arabs and Kurds and Turkmen, Muslims, Christians, Sabians, Yazidis and Shabak, are all equal before the government responsibility and they are all entitled to State protection.
5 – The Committee calls upon all religious scholars and political forces and civil society organizations, tribal chiefs, national figures, writers, men and women to stand together and face terrorism and defeat it.
