It seems like a diabolical system created to make sure that new political formations cannot manage to get the correct number of signatures. The parties already present in Parliament are in fact exempt from collecting signatures. The whole procedure is not only insane and bureaucratic but also complex, almost impossible to complete in a few weeks, but added to that, the Consular offices are putting in place asystematic boycott of the collection of signatures.
