(30. April) At Russia’s initiative, Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, who won the absolute majority of votes in the presidential election in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Mr Putin congratulated Mr El-Sisi on his convincing victory in the election.
