The Syrian official delegation pointed out that the entry of any convoy to any area in Syria at this time, before or after, is not related to Geneva, as it is the agreement of the state with the UN and Syria has been cooperating in this field for 2 years.

The official delegation insisted that the Syrian state does not distinguish between one citizen and another and it does not give precedence to an area over another, adding that Adra al-Umalieh, al-Foa’a, Nubul and al-Zahra areas are the same as Homs.
