Deputy Premier Dr. Ali Al-Selmi said Wednesday that the Cabinet has taken measures for revoking the state of emergency in Egypt adding this decision was taken during an important session which was held on July 25. Selim told Al Ahram on 10/8/2011 that mechanisms for carrying out these measures are currently being probed in preparation for revoking the state of emergency soon.

We hope that Egypt‘s workers support the efforts exerted of political development and democratic transition in Egypt. Al-Selmi said.
