Russian presidential envoy to Africa Mikhail Margelov said on Friday he was preparing a trip to Tripoli and expects to meet with the Libyan prime minister and foreign minister.

He told a news conference here that during his visit to Tripoli, he will meet Prime Minister Baghdadi Mahmoudi, Foreign Minister Abdelati al-Obeidi and other members of the Cabinet.
