The President informed the Federal Chancellor that the so-called leaders of separatists do not recognize the conditions of the ceasefire and bear full responsibility for that. Petro Poroshenko also informed that he had officially invited the Russian party to send its inspectors to the OSCE Monitoring mission to witness full implementation of the ceasefire by the Ukrainian party.
