A potential constitutional battle is brewing between Congress and President Obama over military action in Libya.

House Speaker John Boehner introduced a resolution late today that would require Obama to provide more information about the mission within 14 days. The measure also reasserts Congress‘ power of the purse and opposition to the use of U.S. ground forces.
