Russian Foreign Ministry called on all sides in Syria and countries with influence to make efforts to ensure the delivery of humanitarian aid to all areas.

“Moscow is concerned with the persistently difficult humanitarian situation in several cities of the Syrian Arab Republic… Especially worrisome are conditions in …Madaya, Fouaa and Kefraya,” the Ministry said in a statement on Friday.
