“Syria asserts once again its firm stance that any military operation on the Syrian territories without cooperation with the Syrian government, which represents sovereignty, is considered as an aggression… Syria also went far from this when it affirmed that it will be in the core of any coalition to combat so-called Islamic State in Iraq and Sham ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra,” Mikdad said in an article published by Lebanese al-Binaa newspaper on Saturday.
He added that Syria, since the outbreak of events, has stressed that anyone who attacks the Syrian state, bombs civilians in their houses and in the markets is a terrorist who should be combated according to the national and international law.
