(6.8.2017) The Libyan eastern ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Abdelbasit Al-Badri, said the Tobruk-based House of Representatives (HoR) wants to file a lawsuit against Qatar at the International Criminal Court (ICC) for what he said the crimes it committed against Libya and Libyan people.

“We are trying to do so with the help of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Libyans are trying to bring back peace and security, however; Qatar has always helped divide Libyans.” Al-Badri said.
