Foreign fighters joining ISIL militant network have been infiltrating into Syria through its border with Turkey, US Deputy Special Presidential Envoy Brett McGurk stated on Monday.

“Almost all of them [ISIL foreign fighters] are coming in from Turkey. We know that,” McGurk said.
