Any uneducated person with low-to-normal intelligence can be trained to hide, adjust a rifle-scope for height and width using a few clicks on knobs to find point of impact, place the cross hairs on their victim and squeeze the trigger. I know because I‘ve used scope-mounted rifles in various calibres for target practice. With the use of laser-sighted rifles it‘s even more of a no-brainer. Snipers are valued by the US military as a tactic primarily used to demoralize and create panic, in a word – terror.

They‘ve done the same here in Venezuela in 2002 when their snipers killed both Chavistas and opposition members on April 11.
