SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the „War Authorization Review and
Determination Act“ or „WARD Act“.

SEC. 2. REPORT TO CONGRESS.

(a) In General.–Not later than 180 days after the date of the
enactment of this Act, the President shall submit to Congress, in writing, a report setting forth each operation or other action that is being carried out pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107-40; 50 U.S.C. 1541 note) as of the date of the submission of the report.
