According to Center UA’s 2012 annual report, 54 percent of its funding came from Pact Inc., a project founded by USAID (an agency of the State Department which is in turn funded by Congress). Other funding came from eBay founder Pierre Omidyar, the International Renaissance Foundation (funded by George Soros), and the National Endowment for Democracy (funded by US Congress.) An interesting note on Omidyar, he controls the only two people with complete access to Edward Snowden’s NSA cache.

So, there are all kinds of players involved in the new Ukrainian revolution. There is the Congressional / State Department involvement as evidenced by funding and from John McCain’s trip to stand in solidarity with the Ukrainian opposition last year. There is the George Soros connection, who always seems to be involved in these kinds of things. I’m sure that he has found some way to make a few hundred million if not billion dollars off of the turmoil. There is the former KGB official who called for a new revolution and organizes it through dozens of NGOs.
