Citing testimony from Mr Kolomoisky‘s own lawyers, Freshfields, the billionaire‘s „standard working practice“ had been to dispose of all hard- copy documents immediately. He was also, Freshfields said, in the habit of disposing of all manuscript notes taken during business meetings.
