Related to the topic of cybercrime within the EU were the rumors that the EU Law Enforcement Working Party is pressing for a ‘Single European Cyberspace’. Although this might sound interesting, it is not clear what the secretive working party exactly means with it. We should realize that right now there are 27 different jurisdictions within the European Union.
