According to Lotfi Khedhir, responsible for the data at the Ministry of Commerce, the Tunisian trade deficit can maintain the downward trend with the resumption of production and exports of phosphate and also with the improvement of quality of the products shipped to offset the devaluation of the dinar against the dollar.
