(15.01.) Diana Durand, 47, who appeared in federal court in Houston on Wednesday, was listed as CEO of MCG Transportation in Houston, a hauler of crude oil and petroleum products, Texas public records show.

Barbara Clem is listed as president of that firm. According to her LinkedIn profile, Ms. Clem was also owner at Austin Refuel Transport, another petroleum hauling firm, from February 2011 to December 2012.

Grimm was CEO of Austin Refuel, the parent company of Austin Refuel Transport.
