The Head of State emphasized that the given phase of the peaceful plan is being conducted in coordination with the OSCE inspectors and has a clearly limited period for those who supports the plan of the President to have an opportunity to lay down their weapons.

The President called on everyone to support the actions aimed at peaceful settlement of the situation in the east of Ukraine. At the same time, Petro Poroshenko emphasized that “in case of an armed attack on the Ukrainian units or civilians, our servicemen will open fire in response”.
