Palestinian Foreign Minister Riad al-Malki was on Tuesday in The Hague, where he held talks with officials of International Criminal Court (ICC) officials, which prosecutes war crimes.

During his visit, al-Maliki inquired about the legal procedures necessary for Palestine to join the ICC and sign the Rome Statute in order to take action against possible Israeli war crimes in Gaza.
