According to the decision report, the Public Prosecutors in Switzerland reported they had found out 12 bank accounts controlled by Costa, his daughters Arianna and Shanni, his sons-in-law, and an employee of money changer Alberto Yousseff, totaling $29 million. Out of this total, $23 million was traced to Costa, which led to his arrest by Federal Police in his home city of Rio de Janeiro.
