“The ECB is likely to keep the ELA ceiling at the current level of 89 billion euros ($99 billion) and to moderately increase it only after approval of reforms by the Greek Parliament on Wednesday,” Antonio Garcia Pascual, an economist at Barclays Plc in London, said before the deal was announced.
