The diplomat added that after agreeing upon all the issues, settlements in trade will be made in the Turkish lira and the Azerbaijani manat. Turkey, Russia, Belarus and China intend to switch to settlements in national currencies.

He’s a rarity in the industry: a security sleuth who doesn’t hack. Instead, he searches communication ports and the internet’s hive of connected devices to find information inadvertently made public. His discoveries have included medical records, airport security files, hotel bookings, a terrorist screening database and 87 million Mexican voter registration records. Once the sensitive information has been secured, he publicly discloses that the data had been revealed.
Mr. Vickery found Level One’s data through an exposed backup server.
(20.6.2018) Billionaire brothers Charles and David Koch are unveiling a multimillion-dollar ad campaign against President Trump’s tariffs.

China was not Mr. Pompeo’s only target on Monday, and his decision to issue his global warning before the Detroit Economic Club suggested that a sweeping investigation into car imports could result in even more tariffs. The Trump administration has already imposed tariffs on steel and aluminum from its closest trading partners, and Mr. Pompeo said that “asymmetric trade relationships” with Canada, Europe, Japan and Mexico needed to change.

(12.3.2018) With the demise of the toxic Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), you’d be forgiven for thinking we can all breathe easy, safe in the knowledge that our environment, food, public health, NHS and democratic sovereignty are no longer under threat.
Unfortunately, you’d be wrong.

Trudeau declined to respond directly, saying on Twitter that what truly “matters” is the accomplishments of the G7.

The United States and China will hold a new round of trade talks after no breakthroughs emerged from their first meeting.
Chinese President Xi Jinping’s top economic adviser, Liu He, will visit Washington next week to continue discussions with President Donald Trump’s economic team, the White House said Monday.
Rep. Mark Meadows suggested that the president doesn’t want a withdrawal to get in the way of ongoing discussions with North Korea and China.
But winning the deal may have had more to do with the geopolitical realities confronting the United States and South Korea as America embarks on tricky nuclear discussions with North Korea. The United States cannot afford a protracted trade standoff at a moment when it needs the South as an ally.
