Israeli Group to Research Link Between Menstrual Changes and COVID Vaccines

(30.09.2021)

The medical establishment could not explain the phenomenon or associate it with the vaccination, among other things because irregular menstruation is common and influenced by many factors. It is usually not considered exceptional. However, the mounting complaints and increased concern women were showing over taking the shots due to the phenomenon, has spurred the medical community to look into the matter. Preliminary research has been published in Britain and the United States, and the U.S. government has allocated $1.67 million for research on the subject.

Pfizer Study of Covid-19 Vaccine in Pregnant Women Delayed by Slow Enrollment

(22.09.2021)

A study led by Pfizer Inc. and BioNTech SE evaluating their Covid-19 vaccine in expectant mothers has been complicated by slow enrollment, researchers say, delaying results that could help inform physicians about how the shots affect pregnant women and their babies.

Pfizer closed enrollment at many U.S. sites this summer, after fewer than expected numbers of subjects entered the study, researchers say

Exposed: CDC Rushed to Change Definition of ‚Vaccination‘ On Same Day Israel Study Touts Natural Immunity over Vaccine

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) quietly changed their definition of “Vaccination” on September 1st, exchanging the word “immunity” for “protection,” now that it appears that breakthrough cases can no longer be explained away as an anomaly.

The definition change occurred on the same day – September 1st – that a massive study was released demonstrating that those who had been vaccinated were “13 times more likely to be infected with the Delta variant (what has been called a “breakthrough” infection) than those with natural immunity,” as summarized at the American Conservative.

Covid-19 vaccine immunity may be waning. Here’s what that means—and doesn’t.

Explanations for Israel’s vaccine effectiveness data

When Israeli researchers announced last month that people vaccinated in the winter were more likely to contract Covid than those who had been vaccinated in the spring, many assumed this demonstrated waning vaccine effectiveness.

The data from Israel’s Ministry of Health suggested that vaccine effectiveness against both infection and symptomatic disease had decreased to around 40%, but this decline may have been due to other factors and not the vaccines, Wu writes

It may appear on one part of the body or be spread across large areas. The rash is usually very itchy and ranges in size from a few millimetres to the size of a hand.

Others suffered from swelling or angioedema, which is the swelling of areas of tissue under the skin, sometimes affecting the face and throat.

The study looked at Pfizer and Moderna jabs, which have the same messenger RNA process.

The study published in Nature also found that pesticide interaction was likely to be „synergistic“, meaning that their combined impact was greater than the sum of their individual effects.

These „interactions between multiple agrochemicals significantly increase bee mortality,“ said co-author Harry Siviter, of the University of Texas at Austin.

Adenovirus vector vaccination reprograms pulmonary fibroblastic niches to support protective inflating memory CD8+ T cells

(15.07.2021)

The ultimate goal of T cell-based vaccination strategies is the induction of long-term immunological protection via effector memory T cells1. Adenovirus (Ad) vector-based vaccines using the backbone of human Ads have been shown in clinical studies
to be highly immunogenic with induction of specific antibody and/or T cell responses to viral or cancer antigens. However, pre-existing anti-Ad antibodies in vaccinated individuals reduces immunogenicity and efficacy of vaccines based on human Ads, which led to the development of non-human vectors based on chimpanzee viruses. Chimeric Ad vectors have been shown to induce long-lived T cell responses against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and to generate polyfunctional central and effector memory T cells against hepatitis C
virus.

Results

Targeting of human fibroblasts by Ad vectors. Human Ads were first described as cytopathogenic agents isolated from human adenoid tonsils28. Here, we used sliced tissue cultures from human
palatine tonsils to assess the cellular tropism of green fluorescent protein (GFP)-expressing Ad vectors (Extended Data Fig. 1a). Both HuAd5-GFP and chimpanzee (Ch)AdOx1-GFP vectors readily transduced cells in the tissue slides, with PDPN+CD45− cells most
frequently expressing the GFP transgene (Fig. 1a,b). Next, we compared side-by-side the susceptibility to infection with recombinant Ad vectors of short-term cultured tonsillar stromal cells (TSCs) and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Both ChAdOx1-GFP (Fig. 1c,d) and HuAd5-GFP (Fig. 1e,f ) efficiently transduced TSCs following an incubation of 3 h, while the transduction rate of PBMCs remained low. Even at the high multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 1,000 particles per cells, less than 2% of the hematopoietic cells were GFP-positive.

Scientists from Oxford and Switzerland, writing in journal Nature, say T-cell protection is a “key feature” of adenovirus vaccines like the Oxford and J&J jabs.

Researcher Prof Burkhard Ludewig, of Cantonal Hospital in Switzerland, said: „The T-cells that come from these cellular training camps appear to have a very high level of ‘fitness’.

“Adenoviruses have co-evolved with humans over a very long time, and learned a lot about the human immune system in the process.

EXCLUSIVE: COVID-19 ‚has NO credible natural ancestor‘ and WAS created by Chinese scientists who then tried to cover their tracks with ‚retro-engineering‘ to make it seem like it naturally arose from bats, explosive new study claims

– An explosive new study claims researchers found ‚unique fingerprints‚ in COVID-19 samples that they say could only have arisen from manipulation in a laboratory

– DailyMail.com exclusively obtained the new 22-page paper authored by British Professor Angus Dalgleish and Norwegian scientist Dr. Birger Sørensen set to be published in the Quarterly Review of Biophysics Discovery

– The study showed there’s evidence to suggest Chinese scientists created the virus while working on a Gain of Function project in a Wuhan lab

– Gain of Function research, which was temporarily outlawed in the US, involves altering naturally-occurring viruses to make them more infectious in order to study their potential effects on humans
According to the paper, Chinese scientists took a natural coronavirus ‚backbone‘ found in Chinese cave bats and spliced onto it a new ’spike‘, turning it into the deadly and highly transmissible COVID-19

– The researchers, who concluded that COVID-19 ‚has no credible natural ancestor‚, also believe scientists reverse-engineered versions of the virus to cover up their tracks.

‚We think that there have been retro-engineered viruses created,‘ Dalgleish told DailyMail.com. ‚They’ve changed the virus, then tried to make out it was in a sequence years ago.‘

Single dose administration, and the influence of the timing of the booster dose on immunogenicity and efficacy of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (AZD1222) vaccine

If there was no impact of a vaccine on asymptomatic infection, it would be expected that an efficacious vaccine would simply convert severe cases to mild cases and mild cases to asymptomatic, with overall PCR positivity unchanged. A measure of overall PCR positivity is appropriate to assess whether there is a reduction in the burden of infection. Analyses presented here show that a single standard dose of the vaccine reduced PCR positivity by 67%, and that, after the second dose, the SD/SD schedule reduced PCR positivity by 49.5% overall. These data indicate that ChAdOx1 nCoV-19, used in the authorised schedules, may have a substantial impact on transmission by reducing the number of infected individuals in the population.

COVID Lockdowns May Have No Clear Benefit vs Other Voluntary Measures, International Study Shows

(14.01.2021)

The peer reviewed study was published in the European Journal of Clinical Investigation on January 5, and analyzed coronavirus case growth in 10 countries in early 2020.

The study compared cases in England, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and the U.S. – all countries that implemented mandatory lockdown orders and business closures – to South Korea and Sweden, which instituted less severe, voluntary responses. It aimed to analyze the effect that less restrictive or more restrictive measures had on changing individual behavior and curbing the transmission of the virus.

Lockdowns Do Not Control The Coronavirus: The Evidence

(21.12.2020)

Much of the following list has been put together by data engineer Ivor Cummins, who has waged a year-long educational effort to upend intellectual support for lockdowns. AIER has added its own and the summaries. The upshot is that the virus is going to do as viruses do, same as always in the history of infectious disease. We have extremely limited control over them, and that which we do have is bound up with time and place. Fear, panic, and coercion are not ideal strategies for managing viruses. Intelligence and medical therapeutics fare much better.

(These studies are focused only on lockdown and their relationship to virus control. They do not get into the myriad associated issues that have vexed the world such as mask mandates, PCR-testing issues, death misclassification problem, or any particular issues associated with travel restrictions, restaurant closures, and hundreds of other particulars about which whole libraries will be written in the future.)

Study identifies genetic changes likely to have enabled SARS-CoV-2 to jump from bats to humans

A new study, involving the University of Cambridge and led by the Pirbright Institute, has identified key genetic changes in SARS-CoV-2—the virus that causes COVID-19—that may be responsible for the jump from bats to humans, and established which animals have cellular receptors that allow the virus to enter their cells most effectively.

The genetic adaptions identified were similar to those made by SARS-CoV—which caused the 2002-2003 SARS epidemic—when it adapted from bats to infect humans.

The genetic structure of SARS‐CoV‐2 does not rule out a laboratory origin

(17.11.2020)

We here describe how the two main SARS‐CoV‐2 features, (1) the presence of a furin cleavage site missing in other CoVs of the same group and (2) an receptor binding domain (RBD) optimized to bind to human cells[2] might be the result of lab manipulation techniques such as site‐directed mutagenesis. The acquisition of both unique features by SARS‐CoV‐2 more or less simultaneously is less likely to be natural or caused only by cell/animal serial passage.

The Earth’s magnetic field in Jerusalem during the Babylonian destruction: A unique reference for field behavior and an anchor for archaeomagnetic dating

Archaeomagnetism, the application of paleomagnetic methods to archaeological materials, is interdisciplinary not only in its methods but also in its impact. Well-dated archaeological materials are a critical data source for geomagnetic secular variation models [1–6], which are used to explore the dynamic structure of Earth’s core [7, 8], the rates of cosmogenic isotope production in the atmosphere [9–11] and the possible effect of geomagnetism on climate [11–13]. Precise documentation of the ancient field also helps contextualize geomagnetic observations from the modern era, such as the evolution of the South Atlantic Anomaly [14, 15] and the ongoing decline in the field’s intensity [16–18].

‚Lockdown has killed 21,000 people‘, say experts

The study by economists and academics from Sheffield and Loughborough universities suggests more than 21,000 people died as a result of the measures introduced in March.

Researchers said the findings show that “lockdown has killed 21,000 people” because the policy has had “significant unintended consequences” such as lack of access to critical healthcare and a collapse in A&E attendances.
